This project involved the erection of side and rear roof dormers with the conversion of existing loft space, transforming the existing first-floor flat into a spacious two-floor house. The new dormers significantly increase the usable floor area creating additional living space, enhancing the functionality and comfort of the home, and providing ample room for a growing family. The redesigned layout provided two additional bedrooms and a new family bathroom, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
