Open to the Sky

This project involved the construction of side and rear roof dormers and the conversion of the existing loft space, transforming the existing first-floor flat into a spacious two-storey family home. The new roof extensions significantly increased the usable floor area, creating additional living space and improving the overall functionality and comfort of the property.

The redesigned layout provided two additional bedrooms and a new family bathroom, making better use of the available space and creating a home that can adapt to the needs of a growing family.
